AugiHealth, a healthcare technology company focused on improving care coordination for families of children with autism, has completed an acquihire transaction with CVS Health. As part of the transaction, AugiHealth’s founders have joined Health100, a healthcare technology services subsidiary of CVS Health, to continue advancing their work to improve consumers’ healthcare experiences. 

Founded to address the challenges families face in navigating complex healthcare systems, AugiHealth developed an AI-powered platform designed to simplify access to medical information and support more coordinated care. The company was inspired by its founders’ personal experiences and their commitment to making healthcare easier to navigate for families. 

Caldwell has advised AugiHealth since 2024 on a range of legal matters, including intellectual property prosecution and corporate transactions. Building on this relationship, Caldwell advised AugiHealth on the acquihire transaction, with Keegan Caldwell and Kevin Constantine contributing to the matter.
