About the Role:
We are seeking a litigation associate with 4+ years of experience. You will work alongside senior partners on IP and commercial disputes, play a key role in case management, discovery and deposition practice, and contribute to case strategy in a meaningful way.
Responsibilities:
- Handle IP disputes across patent, trademark, and trade secret matters, as well as general commercial litigation
- Manage several phases of discovery, including drafting and responding to written discovery, overseeing document review, and preparing privilege logs
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other filings
- Perform and defend depositions
- Support partners in trial preparation, including witness preparation and pretrial motions
- Collaborate across practice groups, including trademark counseling and prosecution teams, to provide integrated client support
- Interface directly with clients and opposing counsel
Qualifications:
- JD and admission to the California State Bar; Massachusetts Bar admission is a plus but not required.
- 4+ years of litigation experience, ideally from a large law firm or recognized litigation boutique.
- Demonstrated experience with hearings and case management.
- Hands-on deposition and discovery experience with responsibility for managing these processes, not merely observing them.
- Exceptional legal writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.

About the Role:
We are seeking a Litigator to join our Boston office as part of the continued expansion of our litigation platform. The role involves managing high-stakes patent disputes and advising sophisticated clients on complex intellectual property matters. Experience in intellectual property and complex commercial litigation is preferred. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across offices and practices, including corporate, life sciences, and technology, and will play an active role in the growth and strategic direction of the firm’s IP litigation practice.
Responsibilities:
- Manage intellectual property disputes from inception through trial
- Advise clients on risk assessment, litigation and trial strategy, IPR petition strategy and defense
- Assist in discovery, including fact and expert discovery, ESI strategy, depositions, and discovery motion practice
- Draft and argue dispositive and non-dispositive motions, including claim construction, summary judgment, and Daubert motions
- Cultivate and expand client relationships, actively contributing to business development and practice growth initiatives
Qualifications:
- JD and admission to the MA state bar or admission eligible; CA or NY preferred but not required.
- Minimum 5+ years of litigation experience, ideally from a large law firm or recognized litigation boutique.
- Demonstrated experience with hearings, trials, and case management.
- Strong track record of managing intellectual property disputes and managing client relationships.
- Exceptional writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a high-performing, client-focused team.
- Portable book of business is not required, but preferred.
- Experience with IPR proceedings is preferred.

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused Digital Content & Event Marketing Specialist to support the growth of Caldwell’s content, social media, event marketing, and CRM initiatives. This role will be responsible for executing day-to-day marketing activities, coordinating events and vendors, supporting attorney thought leadership, maintaining CRM adoption and engagement across the firm, and helping build the processes, AI systems, and workflows that enable scalable growth and contribute to strengthening Caldwell’s brand, reputation, and global market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Marketing & Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain Caldwell’s content calendar across social media, website, email, and events.
- Draft, edit, publish, and optimize content including articles, newsletters, attorney profiles, announcements, event promotions, and thought leadership content.
- Coordinate content creation with attorneys, partners, external vendors, and subject matter experts.
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form social media assets, email campaigns, and digital content.
- Monitor content performance and provide regular reporting and optimization recommendations.
- Publish and maintain content through WordPress and other marketing platforms.(Front End)
- Ensure consistency of messaging, branding, and quality across all marketing channels.
Event & Experience Marketing
- Coordinate and execute webinars, networking events, conferences, client programs, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships.

- Assist with CRM training, onboarding, and ongoing education efforts, helping team members understand best practices and leverage the system effectively.
- Maintain CRM data integrity, support reporting and segmentation needs, and identify opportunities to improve processes, user engagement, and overall system adoption
- Own and optimize HubSpot marketing automation, including workflows, email campaigns, lead nurturing, and segmentation.
- Maintain marketing dashboards and automated reporting systems, leveraging AI and analytics tools to track performance across marketing programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
