Pakzad brings a wealth of experience in trademark prosecution, global brand protection, IP litigation, and transactional IP work. She advises clients across industries on building and defending valuable brand portfolios, resolving disputes before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) and in federal court, and managing intellectual property issues in high-stakes corporate transactions. Her practice also includes copyright enforcement, licensing, brand collaborations, and digital content protection.

Before joining Caldwell, Pakzad served in the IP group of an AmLaw 200 firm and held a key leadership role at one of the world’s most exclusive luxury brands. There, she helped shape global brand strategy and corporate expansion. She was featured on the cover of Prospertere Magazine as one of 2018’s Leading Entrepreneurial Businesswomen for her work in brand development and business strategy.
