Before joining Caldwell, Justin served as a Growth Marketing Manager, where he built a brand’s digital presence from the ground up, grew its social following and reach, and developed data-backed campaigns across search, social, and email. Earlier, as Communication Coordinator at the MIT School of Architecture and Planning, he produced content, video, and newsletters for a leading academic institution. For his graduate capstone, he designed the merchandise and coordinated the event logistics for the IEEE Boston Chapter conference, blending creative design with hands-on event execution. His background spans content creation, social media strategy, event coordination, and marketing analytics, giving him a versatile, full-funnel approach to marketing.
Justin holds a Master of Professional Studies in Digital Media from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Bryant University.
