Kevin Constantine is a Senior Associate in the firm’s corporate practice group, focusing on M&A, fund formation, capital markets and securities. Kevin provides guidance and expertise to clients on all manner of corporate transactions, empowering them to get the most value from their business practices and deals.
Experience
Before joining the firm, Kevin served as in-house counsel at a leading boutique investment bank where he was the lead legal counsel on all deals and transactions managed by the firm, in addition to providing legal and operational leadership to the internal executive suite. Before that, Kevin was an associate at one of the largest law firms in Boston, servicing private equity clients on a wide variety of transactional matters. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Kevin spent six years advising industry-leading startups and venture capital firms on marketing and communications matters.
