Overview
Xiomara is a Trademark Paralegal with experience in intellectual property, including trademark prosecution, portfolio management, and enforcement. She has a background in conducting trademark searches, preparing and filing U.S. and international applications, and supporting intellectual property strategy. Xiomara also brings prior experience in immigration law, including preparing petitions and applications before U.S. government agencies.
Experience
Xiomara has 15 years of experience handling family law matters in Costa Rica. Since moving to the United States, she has focused her work on intellectual property. Prior to joining Caldwell, she worked as a Trademark Paralegal at the IP Law Office of Joel Voelzke and later as an Intellectual Property Specialist at Munchkin, Inc., where she supported patent and trademark matters, including prosecution and portfolio management.
She also has experience in immigration law, having worked with law firms in Los Angeles preparing immigrant petitions and naturalization applications.
