Overview
Elizabeth Bestwick is a Junior Associate in the Corporate Practice at Caldwell. In this position, she collaborates with Caldwell’s attorneys to help advance the corporate practice. Highlights of her role include assisting with:
- Drafting and reviewing key transaction documents such as purchase agreements, merger agreements, and confidentiality agreements.
- Preparing and filing necessary documents with regulatory bodies, ensuring all corporate actions are compliant.
- Providing support to clients by preparing reports and responding to inquiries.
Experience
Elizabeth is currently pursuing her JD at Pepperdine Caruso School of Law. Prior to law school and joining the firm, Elizabeth worked at a global investment manager as a paralegal. She has experience working with mutual funds, corporate governance, M&A transactions, legal research, and contracts.
