Caldwell Advises Forterra on the Acquisition of goTenna

October 10, 2025 – Boston, MA – Caldwell is pleased to announce its role as legal advisor to Forterra, a leader in ground-based autonomous vehicle technology for defense and commercial markets, on the successful acquisition of goTenna, Inc. (“goTenna”), a pioneer provider of mesh networking solutions. Under this transaction, Forterra acquires goTenna’s advanced mesh-networking capabilities and access to technology that can be seamlessly integrated into Forterra’s autonomous systems to enhance situational awareness and connectivity in military operations, even in jammed or contested environments.

This transaction showcases Caldwell’s dexterity in handling the complex legal and regulatory landscape in which defense and government service companies operate and wealth of M&A experience. Caldwell’s corporate deal team was led by partner Marcus Wolter and counsel Mario Polito, with associates Bianca Lindau, Daniel O’Brien and Ai-Jo Wu.
